Tillman Consulting Group, LLC was founded by Anita M. Tillman, an alumna of Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Anita is a cum laude graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Over the past 13 years, she has had the opportunity to gain a wealth of knowledge and experience across technical and business fields.

TCG is a culmination of Anita’s expertise in Engineering and Project Management, Administration, Sports Management, Property Management, and Event Planning. She was an Electrical Design Engineer for Delphi Automotive Systems in Kokomo, Indiana and in the late 1990s, relocated to Baton Rouge and transitioned into the field of Business Administration. She joined the No Limit Records staff and quickly became the Administrator of Business and Finance at No Limit Entertainment (includes No Limit Records, No Limit Films & No Limit Sports) and Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO.

Anita’s career track soon led her to the Target Corporation where she became the District Administrator for the Louisiana/Mississippi district. She served for four years as the Assistant Administrator at Life Changers Christian Center and most recently was the interim Legislative Assistant to the Speaker Pro Tempore of the Louisiana Senate. Over her career, Anita has had the opportunity to be involved in the entertainment field as a commercial actress, television show host, movie extra, background singer, model, and radio talent.

Because of her diverse professional experience, Anita has a unique understanding of business principles and the ability to quickly master new concepts. She has successfully navigated through the fast pace of the entertainment industry, learned how to not take ‘No’ for an answer and how to make the impossible possible.

Her career has afforded her the opportunity to work closely with high-profile individuals, and Anita certainly knows the importance of discretion, confidentiality, and how to build and maintain long-lasting and fruitful business relationships.

TCG’s founder and president is energetic, courageous, and knows how to get results. Above all, she has a heart to help others and be of service to those whose time is limited, those who may be frustrated with projects or those who just have no idea how to get from point A to point B. Anita believes that she has been blessed with many gifts so that she may be a blessing to others.
